On the 21st, the 125th birth anniversary of Utkal Keshari Harekrushna Mahatma was celebrated at Vigyan Bhawan. For 3 days, thousands of Odias joined the Odisha festival at Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium along with Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan.
